RE InfoLink® MLS subscribers benefit by belonging to a large, regional multiple listing service comprised of a network of over 16,000 real estate professionals in five counties—San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito. Following is a partial list of the many benefits and features included with MLS membership:
Technology Products
InfoLink provides tools for agents to manage listings, search for property, and create reports. Access to the MLS is provided through the Internet and via end-user software designed specifically for real estate professionals.
Customer Support
MLS membership includes access to our full-service support staff for assistance on all aspects of MLS services. Training
Our staff of professional trainers offers free MLS Orientation sessions and Product Overviews. Hands-on training classes are offered at both at our Campbell location and via a mobile training lab. View our Training page for descriptions of the classes.
Seven Service Centers
For local assistance, subscribers may receive customer support at any of our seven Service Centers located around InfoLink's five-county service area. Click the links at the left for the website of the Service Center closest to you.
Reciprocal Program
For out-of-area agents, or for InfoLink members who also practice outside of our service area, InfoLink participates in the California reciprocal agreement program along with many other MLSs in the state. This program allows agents to list properties in the MLS database of any other participating MLS, as well as their own.
